I can appreciate both sides of this one...


but you highlight a point that is often overlooked. When a program undergoes a rebuild, it's not just about bringing in new players or creating a new system or waiting for three years until all the "right" players are there. The coaches have a learning curve too. Sure, coaches have experience and their own ways of doing things and that doesn't change between schools, but the interplay between the coaches and the players does. This is a new conference, new opponents, new players, new personalities for all of the coaches. The coaches have to adapt to this new scenery just as much as the players have to adjust. So when I see what I would call a "boneheaded move" from a coach, this is what I chalk it up to at this stage (and I've had to do it a lot with the Nats this year), of course it can frustrating (think football vs GT last year). You may have a point on this one, but I for one am enjoying the little victories among these growing pains.
